sure I should be telling you this secret as its been passed down from champion
bodybuilder to champion bodybuilder over the last 70 years, this secret is
probably the biggest and most guarded information in bodybuilding circles today
any one who finds out about this closely guarded secret explodes with muscle
growth within a few months, growth that up until they learned this secret was
just a dream.
I've decided
to tell this secret and it wont make me popular because over the last 70 years
things have gone from strength to strength bodybuilders have almost doubled in
