To be massive you need to eat massive. Such force feeding is hard for most of us without chemical assistance. Insulin is a great appetite stimulant and so are certain oral products that stimulate insulin (at the right doses that is). So anything that makes you feel like and be able to eat more is something that will make you a damn site bigger.

Enter Dexamethaonse, used by bodybuilders for just that purpose. It makes you want to eat like a horse and in fact you could probably eat a horse (well they do in France!) whilst on it. You can eat and eat and eat and... well you get the idea. This is no exaggeration and you should have a fridge (preferably ten) all stocked up with food before you take this product because you will be hungry!

Agent - X tried it and was banned from the local Chinese 'eat as much as you want' buffet. He went up to the self service counter no fewer than 20 times pilling up his plate on each occasion. I gave up counting, he kept eating. I fully expected him to do what Homer did in one episode of the Simpson's (is Homer on Dexamethaonse? That would explain a lot!) and carry the whole food tray to the table! Add to that the food you eat tastes better than usual. It seems that your taste buds are sensitized!

It is powerful to say the least and must only be taken for very short courses, ten days max. If you can get a doctor to do so, use it under their supervision. Agent - X always has some Losec along with Dexamethaonse to combat the hug build up of hydrochloric acid that starts building up from day one. This is serious stuff and can cause stomach bleeding (sounds familiar - remember those pros with this problem?) and stomach ulcers. Heartburn is common because of this. Take antacids two to three hours after taking Dexamethaonse, not at the same time as this interferes with absorption.

Take it in the morning (this mimics your body's rhythm of steroid production) with food or water. It is a good idea to taper down the dose instead of just stopping to avoid your own hormones shutdown. Also avoid aspirin or ibuprofen to avoid an increase for the potential of stomach problems. Diabetics should either avoid this product or use paying close attention to their blood sugar levels.

Avoid using at the same time as diuretics, such as Lasix and alcohol. Do not take if you are trying for a baby as it can be harmful to the foetus. Avoid having have any immunisation or vaccines whilst on Dexamethaonse without first getting the green light from your GP.

Agent -x says he has no trouble getting it all and the best, although a little more expensive than the black market is from the many online pharmacies.
