Much has been on the news about oral insulin. This is not metaformin as some newsgroups has suggested. The problem with taking insulin orally is that it is destroyed by the digestive system before it can be of any use. It has now been developed as a spray that is sprayed into the mouth and it then passes directly into the system.

This would spell the end for daily injections of the product and the implications for bodybuilding could be massive. Many people are put off insulin more because of the fear of injections, rather than any safety issues and these new products such as Oralin, Marculin and Generex will no doubt be used by bodybuilders.

This will increase insulin use in the sport for sure and this brings with it all the associated dangers because the oral spray is still insulin and therefore, at present, has the same side effects as the injectable. 

The herbal product Diabecon has been demonstrated to exert an insulin like action in the body with over 100 medical papers to back this up and is worth adding to your supplements list.
